relatives meeting and almuni union of elementary school

Many relatives came to my home as a new years greeting event. One of my relative who is 24 or something years old brought her husband in order to introduce to everyone.

At night, I had a alumni union (drinking party) of my elementary school at Hyottoko (火男). This was my favorite time for me whenever I came back to my home town because they know each other very well and can talk a lot of things with relax.

The first day of 2013

My family and I woke up early in the morning in order to go to a shrine for praying this year as another new year tradition.
It was snow, so the shrine we went was covered by snow.

We ate “Osechi ryori” for blunch. Osechi ryori is special meals for the new years days, which normally last three days from Jan 1st to 3rd. Again, I ate too much.

I made “Nenga jou,” greeting letters for new year, for my father because he was too busy to make them by himself before new year’s eve.
Even though we ate osechi ryori again for dinner, we went to a local ramen restaurant after. I ate too much this day as well as regular new years days.
