Salesforce makes enterprise social

For CIS assignment, I needed to analyze a case about Salesforce.com, which is famous for SaaS (Software as a searvice) of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). I knew this company but didn't know its social marketing support service called "Radian 6." It's so amusing.

I learned that there are many interesting cloud services that Salesforce.com provides.
