Macbeth / Cultural interesting background

I sent my Iranian friend to school and I went to the gym

I joined dinner at Vito's with students of the English department, and then we went to see the play of Macbeth on campus.

I almost missed due time of my finance homework because
I thought the next day was the dead line but actually it was by midnight of this day, but, anyway, I was managed to do it.


A Saudi guy went to hospital and met a child who played with a plastic-model tower and a plane of toy. The kid said "Usama binradin!!"

I chilled with some Arabic friends at night. They talked about kids of their country. According to their talkin, Iran kids know about kiss, sex, and so on even from the 2nd grade of elementary school while American kindergarten kids know them.

Sony store in Stanford shopping center

I had lunch at P.F. Chang in the Stanford Shopping Center. It was less good than usual. I don't know why...

I went to Sony shop again. This is one of my favorite shop in the bay area. I don't know why... I wish I could't buy a tablet-pc.

Diverse dinner at Bufferlo Wild Wing

There was a dining event with international students at Bufferlo Wild Wing. Because there was a battle game show on TV at this night, there were so many customers in this restaurant. Moreover, because the fighting show was so gross..., I was almost faint when I ate a burger even though it is my favorite.

BBQ / Performance night / school party

I joined a BBQ event near a lake with Saudi friends and Polish friends.

There was the performance night, which students perform there dance or music, on campus. My friends showed her dance with her group. Also, we saw a wonderful Mexican dancers' performance.

After that event, there was an annual night party of the school. The concept of this year was in the dark, so many glow items in the room.

Cherry Blossom Festival 2013

There is an annual Japanese event called the Cherry Blossom Festival in San Francisco.

Such a good event!!

Company visit / Villege Dancers

I visited to a labeling system company for research assignment of the operation management class. It was a good opportunity for me to observe the factory and the inventory of the company. My teammates and I also had opportunities to talk with some managers about strategy and administration. Because my teammate is an employee of this company, he introduced almost all employees. I think this was a very nice experience.

In the afternoon, as an event of my international club, I saw the dance performance of the villeinage dancers who are consists of many old local people. Also, we danced with them. It was so fun.

There was the talent show on campus as well at evening. My friends showed their poem. Actually, I couldn't understand those poems Lol

For dinner, I went to Red Robbin with my friends. My friend recommended me a special burger. It was good!

And then we went watching Oblivion. It was very interesting.

Italian dinner

As a dinner event of my international club, we went to an Italian restaurant. That's an only event I had.

Nagme japanese

Nagame Japanese restaurant in Marced for lunch
Oyakodon. I think an oyakodon is always good even though other menu is not good.

For the early dinner, I went to Nagina, an Indian restaurant, with my friends.

I joined a soccer game at night.

Google items

I bought some Google items from Google online store.
The quality is way better than I expected!! I love Google.

Saudi friend b-day

At 4 pm, as always, we have our club meeting, but there was a debate by candidates of the future president of the student committee.

At night, I went to my Saudi friend's birthday party. His house is in front of our campus. It was freaking fun!! I haven't taken a shot but I did a lot at this time.

At midnight, I went to In-n-out with my Chinese friend and ate Double-double and animal fries.

Sacramento again

I went to Kru Japanese cuisine for lunch. 

However, it was unfortunately not good for lunch. If I came here for drinking sake, food would be good.

Anyway, this city hasn't changed much even though it is a capital city of California.

The last day of Portland

I went to the Japanese Garden and the Rose Garden in the morning.

I left Portland in the afternoon.

OSU and UO / Silkie hotpot

I visited the camps of the University of Oregon and Oregon State University.

 The campus of UO was so nice. Its buildings were very big and excellent.

Also, I stopped by The Oregon State Capitol.

Taiwanese friend invited me to his hot pot party. I ate Silkie as an ingredient of Taiwanese hot-pot soup. It seems to be healthy for me.
By the way, the Taiwanese guy loves "Japanese anime," so he has a lot of dolls and posters of Japanese cartoon.
