Kobe buffet restaurant

I went to Kobe buffet restaurant for dinner. This restaurant was even on the local news. There are "the boat sushi" in the restaurant.

Sleepy

There were two classes which were Accounting and Operation Management. Unfortunately, I fell asleep in both classes and couldn't get anything at all...
After class, my friends were waiting for me with holding Thai food. How nice they were.

Inarizushi of Rirakkuma

I made Inarizushi, a kind of sushi wrapped by sweet stuff, and a special point is that it is shaped of Rirakkuma.
I think it's well done.

Japanese supermarket

I went to Premium Outlet in Gilroy, and then I went to Japanese supermarket, Mitsuwa, in San Jose. It's a great grocery store. There is a Santouka, Japanese ramen restaurant, inside. Awesome!!

Also, I went to Ranch Market 99, Chinese market, in Milpitas. I bought too many food.

Potluck & BBQ party

Potluck party at a park on our campus.
It was held by English department. There are many English major students and English learners (as a second language). It was good place to socialize.


Also, there was a BBQ party at my friend's house. Good smell was everywhere around the house.

Great America

I think Great America is the same group of Knott's Berry Farm. We went there from the morning. It looked like for kids but there are many rides. I tried most of scary rides. It was fun!!

NAA MBA

There was an Asian MBA conference at Santa Clara. I met old friends who are from Arizona and are MBA students. I attended a couple of session of companies. One of them was CIA. It was interesting because I had not thought they needed MBA holders for their job, but actually they need. They need "diversity" for members of the organization.

In the company's booth room, I saw a couple of Japanese companies. Nitto Denko was one of the Japanese company. But I was actually disappointed because they need mainly engineers not MBA students. Moreover the transparent 3D feeling transmitting film, their ideal products, has never invented at all. I was shocked...but I was good to hear that fact.

Okonomiyaki

After school, I picked up my friend at Fresno Intl Airport. The airport was smaller than I thought and not easy to find the way to the pick-up place.
Anyway, three hours driving made me tired.

Next day in the morning, we tried to go to Great America, a theme park in San Jose. However, we got to a wrong place and figured out Great America opens only Saturday and Sunday. We ended up going Asian market. Fortunately, the location where the Asian market is in was in Japan town. We ate ramen at Japanese restaurant, Kumako. The name of ramen I ate was the katsu curry ramen...weird tho...


We were stuck at the free way, and then it took two hour and a half just to go home because of a long traffic jam.

For dinner, I made Okonomiyaki. I thought I have been getting better at cooking.

Cheese and Goal

In Operation Management class. we discussed about ideas of two books.

One is Who moved Who Moved My Cheese, which I still remember this book was temporally popular in Japan long time ago.

Another one is The Goal, which I also remember I had the same book of the Japanese version.

BBQ at home

I went to buy a BBQ set with my friends, and start cooking at their home's patio. It ended up cooking six hours but we had a awesome BBQ dinner.

Club Meeting and Local's dinner

I ate chicken wings of Wing Stop for lunch. I'm almost addictive of this wing.

There was a regular meeting of the international club. Since the president was absent, the vice-president ran on the meeting. It was quick.

After the meeting, we went to Golden China, a Chinese restaurant, as dinner of a local's restaurant. It was good as usual, but only few people attended the group dinner and was done soon.

Rice balls

I made several shapes of the rice balls.

Labor day 2012

There was no class on this Monday. I woke up at around noon, and then visited to my friends house. He cooked Chinese fried rice and curry Yakisoba as lunch for us.

I helped my friend's homework which is creating Excel spreadsheet.

At evening, I helped my friend to pick up a desk he ordered at Walmart.

When we came back, another friend was making the Japanese curry. Eggs were put in that curry. I don't know why...

We were almost chilling at home.

Vallejo -Discovery Kingdom-

Because of a day off on Monday, we went out for a short trip. Six Flags Discovery Kingdom located in Vollejo. There were many exciting roller coasters.

I ate a stake at Texas road house.
